Daniel Woznica is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management and is responsible for generally managing tenant correspondence and third-party vendors to ensure that properties within the portfolio are set up to be effective and successful. In addition, Daniel manages the ongoing maintenance and compliance requirements for all properties east of the Colorado Rockies. In this role, Daniel provides critical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of properties managed by Pegasus Asset Management.

Prior to joining Pegasus Asset Management, Daniel completed two internships with New Mark Merrill Companies where he was involved in multiple aspects of their retail management operations. From on-site property management to creating intricate and informative customer traffic reports, Daniel significantly influenced the company’s acquisitions approach.

Mr. Woznica earned his B.A. in Real Estate from The George Washington University School of Business in 2021, where he was an active member of the Real Estate and Finance Alliance. Daniel was born in New York City and was raised in Woodland Hills where he currently resides.
