Hunter Cuneo is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where he is responsible for managing tenant correspondence and third-party vendors to ensure that properties within the portfolio perform efficiently and successfully on a consistent basis.

Before joining Pegasus, Hunter served as a Leasing Consultant at Greystar, where he managed on-site leasing operations for Llewellyn, a prominent mid-rise community in Downtown Los Angeles. With a solid foundation in real estate, Hunter also held the role of an active real estate agent at Keller Williams for several years, honing his expertise and passion for the industry.

Hunter attended the College of the Canyons, focusing on Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. In 2021, he earned his Real Estate License for the state of California, further solidifying his commitment to the industry. Born and raised in Glendale, Hunter later moved to Santa Clarita, where he currently resides.
