Logan Farrell is an Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management and is responsible for managing tenant correspondence and third-party vendors to ensure that properties within the portfolio are set up to be effective and successful. Logan provides critical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of properties managed by Pegasus Asset Management.

Prior to joining Pegasus Asset Management, Logan worked at a boutique residential brokerage firm called Real Estate Exchange (REX). At REX, Logan was responsible for the day-to-day correspondence between buyers, sellers, agents, and vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.

Logan earned his B.S. in Finance with an emphasis in Financial Analysis and a minor in Real Estate from California State University (CSUN) in 2018. Logan was born in Woodland Hills and currently resides in Lake Balboa.
