Nicole Medawar is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management, where she is responsible for managing tenant correspondence and third-party vendors to ensure that properties within the portfolio perform efficiently and successfully on a consistent basis.

Before joining Pegasus, Nicole worked as an Assistant to the Property Manager at JCM Builders, along with interning at Ballantine's Public Relations.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communications with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder. She has a strong foundation in communication, strategic planning, and business management. Nicole is a dedicated professional, is passionate about property management and client relations, and is known for her adaptability and strong organizational skills. Nicole is from Palos Verdes and currently resides there.
