Nathan Irwin is an Associate at Pegasus, specializing in business development and investment sales advisory services within Pegasus’ fully integrated platform, which also includes debt capital markets and asset management.

Prior to his current role, Nathan excelled as an Asset Manager, delivering value to clients within Pegasus’ managed portfolio. Nathan was responsible for managing tenant correspondence and third-party vendors, ensuring that client properties met or exceeded performance expectations.

Nathan earned a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business in 2022. Nathan was a scholar-athlete on the Men's Golf Team at UC Irvine. Nathan is a Los Angeles native, born in Santa Monica, and currently resides in Brentwood.
