Ani Basmajian is a Senior Asset Manager at Pegasus Asset Management. Ms. Basmajian is responsible for coordinating and guiding the collective operational efforts of the asset managers overseeing 300+ properties in the portfolio. In this role, Ani ensures the properties are operated and maintained in a first-class manner.

Prior to joining Pegasus Asset Management, Ani was a Regional Property Manager for Marc O’ Polo Enterprises, one of The Central Valley’s leading real estate development, management and contracting firms. She specializes in property management, construction administration and accounting for all asset types. Ms. Basmajian earned her B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Southern California. A Fresno, CA native, she currently resides in west Los Angeles.
