Kayla Gharibian is a Property Coordinator at Pegasus Asset Management, where she facilitates the onboarding of new property acquisitions and dispositions. She tracks and coordinates payments for major property transactions, manages the integration of new assets, and ensures their seamless transition into Pegasus's fast-growing portfolio.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Kayla was an Operations Manager at KG Capital Holding, a privately-owned real estate development and investment firm. She helped manage over 60 retail and multifamily units in the Greater Los Angeles area, handling accounts payable, receivable, rent collections, and monthly rent statements. Additionally, she supported the General Manager and Property Manager and maintained accurate contract and lease administration files.

Ms. Gharibian holds a B.S. in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where she was an active member of the Trojan Real Estate Association (TREA). A Los Angeles native, Kayla currently resides in Beverly Hills.
