Louis Gonzalez is a Senior Accountant at Pegasus Asset Management.

Before joining Pegasus, Mr. Gonzalez was a Property Staff Accountant at Hackman Capital Partners. In this role, he provided full-charge accounting and bookkeeping for a portfolio of commercial, studio, and industrial properties. Additionally, he managed accounts receivable and accounts payable, recorded cash receipts, and handled tenant billings, which encompassed real estate taxes, insurance, and lease overrides.

Mr. Gonzalez earned his B.S. in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton. He was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and currently resides in Los Angeles.
