Corey Allen is the Vice President of Transactions at Pegasus Investments, where he is responsible for business development and assisting clients with all aspects of transactional support, including deal sourcing, property valuation, market research, financial analysis, and due diligence review.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Mr. Allen was a Senior Associate on the Valuations team at Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company. While at Revantage, he was responsible for managing the valuation, financial analysis, and portfolio reporting process for Blackstone's Canadian industrial and U.S. Class-A office portfolios. In addition, Mr. Allen previously worked at Piedmont Office Realty Trust, a Class-A office REIT, providing asset management and acquisition support for the Midwest region.

Mr. Allen graduated from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in 2016 with a Master of Science in Real Estate and the University of Tampa in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Mr. Allen grew up in the Peoria, Illinois area and currently lives in Los Angeles.
