Ken Chasin is the Founder of Pegasus Investments, where he remains involved in the day to day operations of the firm and is responsible for providing policy guidance and strategic advisory in connection with all aspects of the firm’s investment sales platform. For nearly three decades, Mr. Chasin has utilized his expertise and experience to provide a full range of investment sales advisory services to his clients throughout the country, with a focus on Southern California. Mr. Chasin also sits on the Executive Committee of Pegasus and is involved in all aspects of strategic planning and corporate governance for Pegasus Investments.
Before founding Pegasus Investments in 1988, Mr. Chasin began his career in commercial real estate in the late 1970s with a Southern California based syndication company. As the Vice President of Sales and Acquisitions, Mr. Chasin specialized in the development, acquisition and repositioning of shopping centers and apartment buildings primarily in California and Texas. Mr. Chasin’s responsibilities ranged from business development and deal sourcing to project financing and execution. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, Mr. Chasin was an executive in the aerospace industry at Rockwell International, which was ultimately acquired by Boeing Integrated Defense Systems.
Mr. Chasin received a B.A. in Business Administration from Miami University in 1964 and later performed his graduate studies at the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles. After completing his studies, Mr. Chasin served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard.
