Create a comprehensive, customized, visually appealing debt placement memorandum to present highlights of the property, the market and the sponsor
Conduct a thorough marketing process with various types of lenders to create a competitive bidding process
Oversee all aspects of loan underwriting, including assisting with preparation of details borrower financial statements
Present comprehensive loan quote matrix setting forth financing options
Work with investment advisory team to analyze financing options to select optimal financing
Negotiate term sheet or loan application with selected lender
Coordinate engagement of third party due diligence reports, including environmental reports, engineering reports, ALTA surveys, zoning reports, etc.
Leverage investment sales resources to present relevant market information to appraisers to maximize concluded valuation
Coordinate loan closing with escrow
Ensure a seamless transition to asset management team after closing
