Daniel Parhizi serves as a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus, where he oversees tenant relations and coordinates with third-party vendors to ensure the operational success of the firm’s property portfolio. He provides essential support in the day-to-day management of assets, helping drive efficiency and long-term value.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Daniel gained extensive experience as an operations, property, and renovation manager for Intercontinental Hotels Group franchise operators. He was involved in property improvement plans, sales, and overall hotel operations. With a strong passion for real estate, Daniel leverages his expertise in team leadership, performance optimization, and strategic execution to support the company’s growth and success.

Daniel earned a double major from the University of Southern California, graduating magna cum laude with a B.S. in Real Estate Development and a B.S. in Urban Planning.
