Jason Lawit is Managing Director - Strategic Partnerships, at Pegasus Investments, where he is responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships across wealth management and fiduciary channels and advancing the firm’s investment sales and advisory initiatives. His focus is on partnering with firms and advisors by introducing best-in-class real estate advisory capabilities and reporting solutions that complement partners’ platforms and support clients’ long-term investment objectives.

Jason brings more than 20 years of experience in the wealth management industry, having served in senior leadership roles across investments, advisory, and client experience. Prior to joining Pegasus in January 2026, he spent more than fifteen years at Northern Trust, most recently as a National Investment Practice Executive, where he led firmwide client and partner experience initiatives and guided the development of digital investment platforms. Previously, he served as Group Managing Director for Southern California, overseeing wealth management operations across five offices and more than two hundred professionals. Jason also played a key role in building and leading Northern Trust’s proprietary goals-driven wealth management platform.

Earlier in his career, Jason was a Director at Waterline Partners, an independent registered investment advisor acquired by Northern Trust, and began his professional career as an attorney, advising clients on corporate transactions, securities, intellectual property, and corporate governance. He earned a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in U.S. History from Union College, and is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California.
