Robert Quigley is a Junior Asset Manager at Pegasus, where he is responsible for managing tenant correspondence and third-party vendors to ensure that the properties within Pegasus’ managed portfolio consistently perform as efficiently and successfully as possible. Robert delivers critical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of clients' properties managed by Pegasus.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Robert worked at Wiggins Property Management Group, a boutique real estate investment and property management firm. In this role, Robert oversaw industrial properties in the Philadelphia region, participating in all aspects of asset management, including tenant correspondence and leasing transactions.

Robert earned a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph's University, Haub School of Business, in 2021. Robert is originally from the Philadelphia area and currently resides in Santa Monica.
