Brian Wade is an Associate at Pegasus, where he specializes in investment sales advisory services for net-leased, single-tenant, and multi-tenant retail properties. He works closely with property owners and investors to develop tailored investment strategies and deliver successful transaction outcomes.

Prior to joining Pegasus, Brian interned with WestPac Partners, where he focused on retail tenant representation, site selection, and market research. He also worked alongside a real estate attorney and developer, conducting due diligence, title analysis, underwriting, and entity formation for acquisition and development projects. These experiences provided Brian with a strong foundation in commercial real estate analysis and transaction execution.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Journalism from San Diego State University, where he was an active member of the Real Estate Society.
