Josh Dembo is an Associate in the Leasing Group at Pegasus, where he is primarily focused on representing both landlords and tenants in retail leasing transactions. Mr. Dembo provides value to clients through his care and understanding of client needs, goal oriented work ethic, and expansive network across the retail market. Mr. Dembo leverages his deep rooted relationships to maximize performance, and service, for all Pegasus clients.

Prior to joining Pegasus in 2024, Mr. Dembo worked at a Miami based real estate investment firm, which focused on multifamily acquisitions. His responsibilities included sourcing potential investment opportunities, underwriting deals, and creating strong broker relationships to ensure a high quality deal flow pipeline.

Mr. Dembo grew up in Los Angeles, California, and received a Bachelor's of Communication Studies from the University of Miami in 2023.
