Makayla Hoehn is an Associate at Pegasus, where she drives leasing and business development efforts across the portfolio. She works closely with landlords and brokers to identify leasing opportunities, helping to maximize occupancy and long-term asset performance. Her responsibilities include market research, prospecting, tenant engagement, and cultivating relationships that enhance asset performance and maximize value.

Before joining Pegasus, Makayla served as a Tenant Representative at Matthews, where she represented tenants in commercial leasing transactions. Her work included conducting property tours, market analyses, and competitive research to support leasing strategies and negotiations.

Makayla holds a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate from Miami University, where she also competed as a Division I athlete on the Miami University Swim Team, balancing a rigorous academic and athletic schedule. She was involved in Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity, TEAM Impact Leadership Team, Amicus Curiae Pre-Law Society, and Women in Business Club.

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Makayla now resides in Los Angeles, where she continues to build her career in commercial real estate.
