Shira Schlessinger is an Analyst – Client Advisory Services at Pegasus, where she supports the firm’s transaction professionals through financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and transaction coordination. In her role, she assists with preparing marketing materials, conducting property and market research, and providing analytical support throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining Pegasus full-time, Shira completed the firm’s Summer Analyst Internship Program in 2025, where she gained hands-on experience supporting financial analysis, market research, and transaction execution while working alongside the firm’s investment sales professionals. Her internship provided a strong foundation in Pegasus’ collaborative and client-focused approach to commercial real estate.

Shira earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with minors in Entrepreneurship and Business. A Los Angeles native, she brings a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to supporting clients and advisory teams.
