Sophia Kessler is a Senior Associate in the Leasing group at Pegasus, primarily focusing on landlord and tenant representation in retail leasing transactions. Ms. Kessler has an extensive understanding of the tenant landscape, making her highly effective at helping landlords with merchandising, tenant mix, and leasing strategy. She specializes in High Street, grocery-anchored, and mixed-use development projects, spanning both ground-up construction and development phases.

Before joining Pegasus, Ms. Kessler was most recently at CBRE, and earlier at Marcus & Millichap, where she built her foundation in the local and national commercial real estate retail markets. Prior to real estate, she worked in the fashion retail market for 10 years, where her strong understanding of brands and the retail landscape truly began.

She grew up in Venice Beach and Pacific Palisades and holds a B.A. in International Relations and International Economics from The George Washington University.
